just had a look and it seems a recip link is required for the free submission.
how do you go about submitting without recip link?

Yup, same here. Tried to submit my links but they said that recip is required. The other 2 listing (regular and featured) are not for free...

Thanks the offering but the regular FREE submission is allowed only with a reciprocal, so I don't understand why you do say "FREE submission with no need of Recip links". For any other way the paying is required according to your offering!
